Yes you can, Decorland offers online shopping via its website, we deliver nationwide for a flat fee of R89.00

Is it safe to use my credit card online with Decorland?
Yes. We have taken every precaution to ensure your personal details are safe and secure with us. Our payment gateway Payfast uses a 256 bit encrypted SSL and adheres to best in class security protocols. All credit card payments are further authenticated via 3D Secure, to ensure your protection

I used EFT to pay for my order, how long will it take for my order to be processed?
We will process your order as soon as the funds clear in our bank account, depending on your bank this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your payment has cleared and your order has been processed.

How long do online orders take to be delivered?
Online orders are delivered by our courier partner Courier IT .
Orders are generally delivered 5-7 working days from date of order.
You will receive an SMS notification from Courier IT on day of delivery.

Can I return an online order?
Yes. If you are not happy with your purchase you have up to 7 days to return it to any Game store for a full refund.
Subject to an assessment or inspection prior to a refund.

  • Please ensure you retain your original order confirmation email as well as all packaging and accessories to allow us to process the return in store. Our Online Customer Service Team will then oversee the refund process.
  • Orders may only be refunded to the Credit Card they were purchased on.

Our delivery fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unable to return your item to store or for any particular reason; please contact our Online Customer Service Team on 010 001 0051 to arrange for collection. Collection fees may apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order upon delivery to ensure it is what they expected and is free from defect. Should the customer waiver this right, they will not be able to claim for damages to the product once we deliver the product, we cannot be responsible for any damages that occur after delivery as this is beyond our control.

Can I order custom made blinds and shutters online?
We don’t currently offer the ability to order custom made blinds or shutters online but this service is available in all Game stores and via our Customer Service Team on 0800 002 635
